Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains the types of activity that are not allowed on inCat accounts, API keys, and routed AI API traffic.

Prohibited Activity

  • illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, or rights violations;
  • attempts to bypass provider, safety, quota, rate-limit, or billing controls;
  • credential theft, malware, phishing, spam, scraping abuse, or unauthorized access;
  • sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW AI content, including NSFW chatbots;
  • face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools, services, or routed workflows;
  • impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, or deceptive synthetic identity use;
  • high-risk decisions without proper human review where required by law or policy;
  • traffic that hides, misrepresents, or launders responsibility for end-user activity.

API Key Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securing their API keys and monitoring usage. If a key is exposed, revoke it from the dashboard and create a new key.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, revoke, or review accounts and API keys that create abuse, security risk, payment risk, excessive failures, or provider-policy violations.

Report Abuse

To report suspicious traffic or policy issues, email [email protected].
