Minimum Recharge
The minimum recharge amount is 10 USD. Your dashboard shows your current prepaid balance, usage, API keys, and recharge history.
Unused Balance
You may request a refund of unused prepaid balance within 14 days of a successful recharge, provided the account has not violated our Terms or generated suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent traffic. Payment processor fees, chargeback costs, currency conversion costs, or already consumed usage may be excluded from the refundable amount.
Used Credits
Credits already consumed by successful or billable API usage are not refundable. If a technical billing error occurs, contact support and we will review the logs and correct the account balance when appropriate.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is duplicated, incorrectly credited, or not reflected in your dashboard, contact support with the account email, amount, date, and payment reference. We will review the recharge order and payment status.
