Service
inCat provides API gateway software, account dashboards, API key management, prepaid balance tracking, usage logs, and model routing tools. The service may route requests to third-party model providers based on availability, configuration, cost, and capability.
Accounts and API Keys
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Activity made with your API keys may be treated as activity from your account. We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risk, payment failure, or policy violations.
Prepaid Credits
inCat operates on a prepaid balance model. Credits are denominated in USD and are deducted after successful or billable API usage according to model, provider, token usage, routing configuration, and the current customer pricing shown or configured in the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use inCat to:
- break laws or violate third-party rights;
- attempt to bypass provider, platform, or safety restrictions;
- send abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized traffic;
- create or facilitate sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW AI content;
- create or facilitate face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation services;
- resell access in a way that hides responsibility for end-user activity.
AI Outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-impact contexts.
Availability
The gateway depends on third-party networks and model providers. We aim to provide resilient routing and failover, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every provider or model.
